การใช้ Used to
Used to แปลว่า เคย ใช้กับเหตุการณ์หรือสิ่งที่เคยกระทำในอดีต ไม่เจาะจงเวลาแน่นอน
ไม่กำหนดช่วงระยะเวลาใดหนึ่งโดยเฉพาะ
1. Used to + the infinitive กริยาที่ใช้ใน the infinitive นี้จะต้องอยู่ในรูป Singular
present tense คือ กริยาช่องที่ 1
2. การทำให้เป็นประโยคปฏิเสธหรือคำถาม ให้ใช้รูปอดีตของ Verb to do คือ did มาทำ
หน้าที่เป็น Auxiliary verb
3. Used to ไม่นิยมใช้ในรูปปฏิเสธ ซึ่งปกติจะใช้ never แทน
